Between stimulus and response there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

I offer 60-minute individual sessions.
Our therapy begins with an intake session. During this time, we will get to know each other, learn more about you and your background, and set treatment goals for our work together.
Our initial sessions will focus on assessing for fit and building a relationship together. Most important to me is that you find the right therapeutic fit for your personality and needs. If we don’t “click”, I encourage you to “shop around”, and I am happy to help in that process.
Sessions typically occur on a weekly basis. However, we can discuss a session rhythm that feels right for you and for your needs.

My session rate is $160/60-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, checks, and HSA cards as payment methods.
I understand that cost can be a barrier for some, and I feel strongly that mental health care should be accessible for all. I reserve some sliding scale spots in my caseload.

I am currently out-of-network with insurance networks. I am able to provide a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
Prior to seeking out-of-network mental health care, I encourage you to reach out to your insurance network and inquire about your benefits.
Here are a few questions you might ask to guide your understanding of your benefits:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health visits?
Is there a deductible that must be met in order to start receiving reimbursement?
What is the reimbursement amount once I do reach my deductible?
Is there a co-pay for outpatient mental health visits?
How do I submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement?

Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to our session time. Otherwise, I will need to charge the full rate for the session.
